I have lived here for 4 years now. I love my apartment and I love where I live again. When I first moved in things seemed ok, people were pretty nice. The last couple of managers started off good but quickly went to the same old ways. Not caring and my calls to the office went unanswered of it took 5 calls to get it done or just asking Carlos myself.
The good news is new management is still going strong after 3 or 4 months now. I can not really remember when I met Carol. I have had a couple of good conversations with her. I am happy. The property looks better, i can get my packages and she is always there. I met another girl last week and she is very kind too. Carlos looks better and not so stressed. I have seen Carol walking property at different times and picking things up off the ground, that was nice to see that she really cares. She came to apartment just to see if my heater was working ok from last week.
In all my time here there have been no problems, my sons check on me from time to time. They are happy I am happy again.
