My stay at the Oaks of Arlington has been nothing but amazing. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving into a house. Many of the residents here have been here for a long time. Think about that -- it's for a valid reason. Why, you might ask' Because it's outstanding.

There are so many positive things to say that I don't know where to start. If there's ever any complaints or maintenance problems, they're fixed in a super timely manner, and the maintenance crew here is great.

They're super pet friendly, which was a big bonus for me, having a rather large dog. Not only that, they're very personal with the pets, which is outstanding (notice the theme, here')

The apartments are roomy, the craftsmanship is quality, the walls are most definitely NOT thin -- this is a major deal with some of the other properties around here. But I have zero complaints about noise, and have never had a neighbor complain about me, either.

The rent is higher here than some of the places around here. I can't deny that. But you get what you pay for. I searched all over Arlington, even Fort Worth, Grand Prairie and parts of Dallas. Nothing came close to this property. The staff is amazing (management and maintenance), the property itself is amazing, and I really have zero complaints about anything. It's been said in other reviews on here -- The Oaks is very homey.

I must agree,I have lived here for a long time, I feel I am a good resisent,I pay the rent on time, live by the rules in the lease,I have never had a issue that was not resolve within 24 hours. I have lived at the Cliffs and The Veranda not even close to the service I have received here. I feel if you approach any problem as a adult, and give the management time to resolve the issue it is much easier. Remember the management did not create the issue they are here to help solve the issue. This is a great place to live, every one I speak with are very nice and friendly. I don't understand all the underlying talk, life is to short. Just do what is right, treat people with respect, and remember two wrongs do not make it right, I beleive we were all taught this, and we probably have taught the same thing to our kids.
