So I get this "newsletter" on my door today introducing the new manager. She claims she is so excited about being here and is going to provide the best service. So far she is failing, I am still waiting on a work order from last week to be completed, I asked for her to find out when my lease is up so I can give notice, that was Monday. I still have no answer. The thing that really chaps my hide, it she is sending out the door mats that Carole got as a "token of appreciation" Like it is her idea. I was in the office paying my water bill, when the UPS guy brought them in. This girl is a joke. I have been through too many managers to go through this again. I will be glad when I can move! If anyone sees this that matters, BRING CAROLE BACK!

wow....If I were really that unhappy about everything...then do the following 1. pack your crap 2. pay the rest of your lease (since you would be breaking it 3. don't look back. I am sure the new manager would love to lease your apartment out to someone who is willing to pay more in rent.....bye bye

I LIVE AT 1705 ALSO. NOT SURE ANY OF THESE PEOPLE WOULD SEND THIS RESPONSE. ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU LIVE AT 1705? I REALLY MISS OLD MANAGEMENT, SHE WAS A NICE LADY.

I too am your neighbor. I disagree as well. Here's a refreshing thought, shouldn't the manager solve the problem and keep the tenant. Like "sohappytolive" said in the previous response,(which is no longer posted)just be patient,managment is like texas weather, just wait a minute, IT WILL CAHNGE! Be patient!

I also live at 1705. The manager has some serious issues! She obviously does not know how to be courteous or polite! she doesn't care about the tenants, only that the apartments are leased. She has too much time on her hands because she keeps making up new screen names to respond to these comments. Hey Jac, why don't you work on trying to fix the problems with the property instead of working so hard to invent new personalities for yourself!! dont' you think you have enough already!!!????

csiapril, No disrespect to you, but why are you still living here? I understand that you were disrespected and all. Obviously you have been treated very badly by management, that should never have happened. A few of us were just wondering why you are still here. Everyone deserves to be happy. Since management doesn't want you to be here and you don't want to be here, then why not get away from all the problems? Go be happy.

shouts out to csiapril and all the miserable old residents of Oaks of arlington who complained and just argued with everyone...!! Thanks for making us want to move... it was way too up tight there, and its a shame because all it took was a few of you. Sorry the dogs bark, and the kids play, and heaven forbid we have loud music played for them. Lets all be miserable like you! Like someone said, move out in the woods! I pray to God you aren't teachers or anything like that! The complaints you had were rediculous. You had me afraid my dog was going to bark while I was at work, I can't believe I let you worry me. Go move in with Carole and be unhappy too! You see where her attitude got her. BUT, the other tenants don't want it!! Let them live!!!
