I really feel that the owner of this complex should just get rid of Protea. They are a SORRY management company!!!!! If you call their office you have to leave a message and your call will never be returned. What's alarming is that most of the properties they manage are given very poor ratings. Maybe it's because they have very low standards when they hire their employees. I guess they should at least require their managers to have a GED. Just a thought!!

I have had no problems with the management company. They have been very responsive to my needs.

It amazes me how uneducated you are. I do know what properties they manage because it is on their website (you idiot!). Protea does not own all of the properties they manage. They are a real estate investment and management company. Go to their website www.protearealestate.com and do some research before making a fool out of yourself. Why don't you call them at 972-248-6065 and see if you can get a "real" person. What an IDIOT!!!!!! You must work in the office.....that just shows how important it is to get an EDUCATION!!!!!
