Anyone else have problems communicating...or ANY communication with JBoyd'(office manager)
I have had no response to any attempts i have made regaurding fees,rent increase, or just any general questions i have. Several letters, numerous phone calls
and NOTHING!
I went to office Sat and the nice lady that works Sat only (bless her heart getting all the slack of the uh...manager')was able to answer one question of mine...
innocently she pulled my file,prob grasping for any kind of defense-! to my IMPORTANT and VALID questions i have been trying to get answered since the end of APRIL..
In my folder was every note of mine attempting some kind of contact(i work 6am to 7pm mon-fri) and STILL NO CONTACT.

How can one control,conduct or operate any community with absolutely no communication with her residence''... YOU CANT!!!

Welcome to our world, and welcome to her world. Sorry that you can't get the help that you should have gotten a long time ago. Go over her head, call someone that will care. As you see, it isn't her. Good luck to you.
