I went in to inquire if they had any one bedroom units available for my husband and myself. The office woman Jacqueline told us none were available and turned around dismissing us entirely. We were dressed decently and polite but the large blond woman was possibly the rudest and most hostile and aggressive person I have ever met in my entire life. She was so rude my husband and I looked at each other in amazement and she then snottily asked if 'she had said something wrong'. We just laughed and asked for prices for the units which she then rolled her eyes and asked exasperatedly if we wanted it on all the one bedroom units. I would NEVER EVER live in this complex if they paid me if this Jacqueline person continues to work there. I can't tell if she just hated her job, hated that I am young and not an amazon or hated that my husband is Hispanic. The most surreal experience of my life. Fire this woman or do not move into these apartments! Awful service. Anyways we found an apartment much better for the same price.

This is complete and total speculation on your part, considering that you have never lived there. I think perhaps what happened is that you applied, and were rejected because of your credit, or you were upset by the pricing. One way or another, you have succesfully lowered the rating of an apartment with no real justification, solid evidence, or experiences other then the rediculous one you just shared.

What really gets me about this review is that even though the person reviewing has never lived in these apartments, she gave them a one in every single category-- while the only complaint she had was with "Office Staff", which is clearly listed as a section above. Perhaps in the future, she would be wise to consider those categories instead of just making a blanket statement in anger (justified or not).

This review just has nothing to do with the apartment conditions!! What a waste of my time reading..... Anyone know if this is a good place for a young family? with a newborn baby?
