Nice Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I lived here for about 7 months and never had any problems. I only moved because I ended up moving out of state, but I liked the apartment a lot. W/D in unit at no additional cost, and my apt had good carpet and fixtures. The place was always quiet and I never had any issues with the management. My only complaint is they deducted $50 from my security deposit when I moved out for cleaning the carpet, and I hadn't been notified beforehand that that was their policy. For my one bedroom, the water bill was always around $15, and the electricity ranged from $75 - $150.
