Carlos is the man at getting to my problems quickly. I had problems with my Drier connects and he not only connected them (saving me $ on extra tubing) he also asked if I needed anything else and came back the next day to fix the minor things that I hadn't mentioned on my initial Service Request. Within a few days I received a courtesy call from the front office inquiring as to how he did and if anything else was needed. That is great service to me. Give Carlos a raise or something.

Carlos is great. We just moved in and we had some minor problems and he fixed them in a timely manner. And I think he even showed my husband the air conditioning units when we were looking into moving to these apartments because the last apartment we were in had a filthy A/C unit and the management refused to have them professionally cleaned. They are very good at Oaks, so far.
