Ghetto apartments

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in a safe ,quite environment, these apartments are dirty and unsafe ....and cars are broken into constantly ....it is a very loud and roudy environment....it's like living in a ghetto...I regret the day I moved in...
