Was a great apartment, but new owners

Years at this apartment: 1997-01-01 - 2004-01-01
Now that the new owners have taken over with their Management Company...they have taken the friendlyness away from this place.
They are rude, don't smile.
They don't keep the pool up like the old owners did.
It's almost black.
They don't seem to know what they are doing.
They get new people in here all the time who have no clue.
They don't even know how to fix things around here.
The maintenance people don't have a clue on older buildings.
The old managers and owners were the opposite.
Personable, friendly, and always did their best in keeping things clean.
I've moved out since the take over.
Hope it gets better.
No assigned parking anymore.
Visitors aren't even checked.
