Oh my Goodness, Where can I start My Husband and I moved in and the carpet was never shampooed even though it should have been replaced. Again we are getting a new manager and she's never in the office,but her first few days there she managed to clear out an Apt. and load all of the apartments contents on a truck for herself. So I guess to be able to talk with her someone would have to be getting evicted so she can get furniture. The air has been out now for almost a week, but they are in no hurry to get that fixed. Im not even going to go into the 3 fires!!!!! The roof on the inside that I thought was wonderful has since been blown away and pulled off by the fire dept. It also reeks like cat urine. (But if you like pets but can't afford the pet deposit, or looking for a roomate that won't pay rent the oxford will generously provide you with one or the other by giving you free of charge all the roaches you desire.If you have old clothes that you want to get rid of don't throw them away, just take them to the laundry room and place them in the washer you don't even have to turn it on. Someone will wisk them away for you. And they will in a day or two show thier appreciation by wearing them in a day or two. NO THAT'S SERVICE.
