These townhomes are beautiful inside and out. I lived in a 2 bedroom with my Mom and step-dad. Both bedrooms were the same size (unbelievably roomy), with balconies w/ french doors, lots of windows, huge closets and whirlpool tubs. There are built in bookshelves and nice wood cupboards-- all the features are upscale. Expect the utility bills to be very high because insulation is poor and there are tons of windows. During the time that we lived there, we had problems with ceiling leakas and rain would come in through the balcony door. We also had possums living on the back porch for awhile. Maintenance was good-reaction time was decent and work was always done correctly, but some things they just couldn't fix, that had to do with poor quality building materials. As for extras, there is a nice tennis court and a beautiful pool with cascading waterfalls and a hot tub, and landscaping is very nicely done and kept up well. Neighbors were all very quiet and friendly, and we never heard of any crime in the area. Rent is high, but not uncharacteristically so for the amount of space and the neighborhood. It was almost $900 for a 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath when we moved out. Overall I would recommend if you can afford it but it could be built a lot better.
