Not Worth the Money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   We lived here for 2 years, and every time it rained hard our bathroom, livingroom, garage and den flooded! Once our water-heater broke on a Friday morning, and rather than the maintenance men working on a Sat., they just turned our water off for an entire weekend. The units are out-dated with constant problems. We have had several electrical problems as well. Our electric bills in the summer were often well over $300 a month is the summers. They raised the rent for a one bedroom to almost $1,000 a month, because they had done some "updates" but our unit never saw any of these updates. In the summer all the neighborhood kids come swim inour pool, and there is never any quiet in the summer. They even wanted to show our unit while we were still living here to potential renters!! This place is falling apart and not worth the money!!!
