Roomy, just like your own home

Been here for 9 long years, I am ready to become a homeowner with the money saved from living here. Anyway, this place is nice and quiet, we all have our own private balcony and front porch area, close to owning my own home. Love the surrounding ball park and pool for summer.With 2 boys, it great to be close to ball park and shopping. I will miss the 24 hr service staff. New management told me they will renovate the place once we move out. Good to know, wish they can renovate while I'm here. But it't time for me to move on. Price is reasonable for the 1500sq ft space.
