the best place to live From: myles420 Date posted: 9/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i have lived here for over a year and palos verdes is by far the nicest place to live. david the manager has done a awesome in taking care of his tennants. i havent had any problems living here and highly reccommend it to anyone who wants an awesome, safe place to live, they provide internet and basic cable. how kool is that. a thousand bucks a month is well worth it.maintance is very quick and they take care of everything within 24 hours of a workorder.
