the apartments are good size, having the school right next door is perfect for my family. we live in an area that is tough, but we probably live in the best property here!! The office people are nice and do care that things get done, they also had a back to school pool party, my children loved it, I will not be leaving any time soon, not as long as my children are in school, maybe when I retire, I will go to my home state, but I would not want to live anywhere else here in Arlington or the metro for that matter!!
