The actual apartments are nice and big. The neighborhood is another story. It is on the southern edge of Arlington and allthough the apartments are nice, the residents are sub-par. Kinda like eating a new donut with rancid sprinkles. The management is sub-par and at times neo------istic, they charge for gate remotes that sometimes work. A pool pass is required to swim in the pool. The biggest turn off to the complex is the fact that even in the 3 bedroom models, you can only have 2 adults living there. The logic is stupid and discourages people from living there. Also in one case, with 3 adults living in a 3 bedroom apt., only two cars are allowed to reside in the complex, reducing the third car to threats of being towed and to park outside the gate.
