I love my townhome, but I hate my neighbors. They are loud and rude (and that's the adults). The children are undisciplined, destructive, and unruly. The police are here at least 2-3 times a week for one reason or another. Since I've been here I have seen a man dragged out of his apt by the police, two drug deals, & countless fights. There are a lot of ------, a lot of foreigners, and a handful of whites and ---------. It's a great townhome and I love "my home" I just hate where it's located. I can't stand trashy neighbors no matter what color they are. The pool is never open because they want to monitor who swims, yet they don't. people jump the fence every night. The locks are only keeping the good residents out because the bad ones still swim. The weight room finally got remodled but you can only go in there from 10-5 because they have it locked up too. You have to ask for a key and leave your id. It's only open when the office staff is working, but that also happens to be when I work, so I never get to swim or work out. The kids are a problem here. They run around all over the place. Day or night, they are everywhere. I almost hit a kid the other day and he couldn't have been more than 2 - no mother in sight.
