Then you will love these apartments! Thats right, as long as you are in the house by 10 pm you are safe. God forbid you step outside to send off a letter or take out trash, you are pounced on by the alleged courtesy officers and issued a lease violation. And just like baseball, 3 strikes, and you are OUT!!! Oh but its gets even more interesting, if you play for any team other than white you will be selectively harrassed and occassionally one of the officers may get in your face, and shout at you if you do not submit and go inside to wait for daybreak to set foot outside. Count on rude and unprofessional treatment from the likes of C. Branch and her associates. Is your toilet backed up' Is your air conditioner not working' Please don't call that kind of stuff in, they have better things to do, and when you submit it in writing, count on next week to be the time it is addressed. Be careful not to call in about the problems C. Branch will remind you that you are not special and your issue can wait they DO have OTHER tenants and when they get to you, they will.
OTHER than that, the apartment is really nice and the neighbors are nice, its the Neo ---- management team that makes life hard for anyone trying to make a home here. but if you're just passin thru and like being treated rudely...this place is for you!!!
Also the garbage seems to be picked up once a month and they just started fixing the street signs so that people can invite over guests. the security gate is often broke and not too secure. there is also sporadic gunfire and gang fights. Just like the good ol' 50's!!!

First off I would like to ask why on earth would you want to mail a letter at 10 pm? It's not going to get there any sooner!!! I promise the post office is closed at that time of night, & they will not come get that letter no matter how special you think you are!!! Lmao.... Further more you are condradicting yourself throughout the whole review... the security officer is pounceing on you but not the loud kids hanging outside??? Come on lady get real... Quite being so defensive..."Oh... there picking on me!" Boo Freaking HOOO!!!

Personally, I think this review is reasonable. The management staff IS actually there to fix problems, whether they are mechanical problems or issues with the security staff. And by the way, considering the fact that she LIVES there then don't you think that she should be allowed to mail a letter whenever she feels like it? Or is this facility a concentration camp? No talking after lights out? No movement out of your specific alotted cell until breakfast call? Ever think that maybe she goes to work early and won't be back until after that days mail is collected? Or doesn't want to forget about it so she decides to mail it now that she's thinking of it? And what exactly does "conDradicting" mean? Because if it's anything like conTradicting, then you aren't useing the right term. The real point is this; she pays rent and should be able to live there without fear for safety due to other tenants and without fear of being picked on my "security". LOLZLMFAOFUHNUIHUIDBFYBSAYUBE. Douche. :p
