We really like it here. Half of the complex is low-income housing, but the strict three-strikes your out policy prevents any trouble. There is a problem with the dumpsters but it's lazy tenants, not the apartment management. The office staff is very accomodating and friendly, very knowledgeable. You know exactly what you're getting when you move in, no surprises. Maintenance is great.
