Actually, I am the former Mgr. of the Parks Villas Apts, Mary Garcia , 05/02/2008 to 06/19/2008, I live in apt#32 and I am happy if my son, Michael, is happy here...and I requested from the Owner's after they let me go to let me stay and lease from them and for awhile there I was being sent letter's by the New Mgr and the Owner's to vacate the premises as soon as possible and I found that to be so unfair because I am a single parent with a 14yr old and to uproot him again after being at my former address 4 1/2 yrs. I refused to move from the Parks Villas Apts. and also my refusal was because my son loves it here at the Parks Villas...and told me to please do whatever I had to do and talk to the Owner's again until they agreed to let us stay but the main answer to my leasing here was given to me from the man upstairs, the highest power, GOD... finally after a month of going back and forth the Owner's had a change of heart they let me stay and lease under the conditions that I would sign a lease for 1 yr. and so I stayed and when I was let go I had maybe 4 to 5 vacancy's and when the new Mgr. was hired the day before I was let go she came in and alot of the Resident's were complaining because she was very rude and short to them and had no patience nor was she friendly therefore alot of the Resident's started moving out , some gave notice other's just moved out during the night, packed their belongings and abandoned their apt. and when asked why' their answer was because of the new Manager, Clara and also we have maintenance which consists of one (1) man, Victor and I feel we need more than one maintenance man and alot of the Resident's feel the same way. All in all I feel safe we all look after one another's apts. and I choose to stay here at the Parks Villas Apts. as long as I can afford my apt....and believe me I love my apt...and nobody bothers you and you should come and check us out because we do need to lease these apt's and you will not regret moving here because it is located to all you need here in Arlington, Texas to have fun for yourself and your family...and never a boring moment in this location you will always have something to do...I promise and I guaranty it.

Please dont lie Mary, I lived at The Parks Villas for a year. Victor the maintenance man slept around with the woman residents. He spent most of his day in his own apt. The owner wont lease to any one who doesnt have S.S or legal paperwork, what about Victor ask him how he crossed the boarder. SO PLEASE, GIVE ME A BREAK.
