Seems nice to me

I've been living here for 2 months and it seems very nice. The location is very convenient. They gave me a 3 month lease (which is rare). I've had 3 minor maintenance problems that were taken care of in less than one day. There are no issues with noise in my building. The grounds are taken care of very nicely except that the pools aren't yet cleaned for the spring and summertime. The ladies in the leasing office are great. The duck pond is a nice touch, but my favorite feature is the 24 hour fitness room. This complex appears to me to be a great bargain. However, I'm from California, so I don't know how it compares with other apartment complexes in Texas. On the negative side, there's a short wait to get hot water, the stair-step machine in the fitness room has been broken the whole time I've been here, and the heater and dishwasher in the unit are a little loud. Overall it's very easy for me to give a complete recommendation.
