I can't stand Parks @ treepoing either! I've never had and issue with matinence they have always came the same day...maybe because my issue was minor. I can't stand the surroundings, which is mostly cracked pavement & dirt! Where there is grass they seem to cut it as early & loud as they can! It's very nosey & yes there is a lot of car honking along with yelling tenants! The windows must be made from the thinnest glass ever because I can hear every thing outside!! Let me not forget the water billing is 2 months behind so after you leave this place you'll still be paying!!
