Could be better, could be worse...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007
I lived there, in 2 different apartments, about 4-5 years ago. Then, due to circumstance, I moved back in January 2006. I just moved out June 1, 2007. I'm 23 and have a 3 yr old. We managed just fine. I never really had any issues with noise, in fact, at times you could say I was the one who was causing it. However, I never got any complaints and made sure to let my neighbors know that if there ever was a problem, to please let me know. I'll admit, there were a few months when I knew my rent was going to be late, but every time management worked with me and it wasn't really an issue. I did have problems with my air conditioning quite a few times, and once a toilet flood, but maintenence always showed up within 24 hours to fix the problem. "Treepoint" isn't exactly the classiest place ever, but but no means is it ghetto or run down. I'd say it's average. In my opinion, the complex is best suited for younger or single people. Maybe even couples, but probably not the ideal "family" complex. As I stated in my title...could be better, could be worse. If I HAD to, I'd live there again, but I've moved on from apartment life into my own home.
