I have lived here for the past 6 months and I am leaving in the next 2 weeks. I have had issues with the maintenance since day 1. The residents are another story. The police are at the complex at least once a night. The residents loiter. There are loud, rude teenagers everywhere until all hours of the night. The windows don't have locks.

All of the posts about problems not being fixed by the maintenance are accurate. I put in a work order when I first moved in. In October they finally ATTEMPTED to fix the problems. When I say attempted I mean they came into my apartment and left a note as to WHY they couldn t at that time, fix the problem. Therefore, nothing was ever really fixed.

There was an attempted break-in at my apartment. Someone hit my car. Then the teenagers started sitting on cars in the parking lot including mine. They scratched the hood and when I said something to one of the girls she threatened me. She got ten of her friends to try and scare me and I had to call the police. The police were no help and the next day my car was KEYED! I haven't stayed another night there since the incident. The staff offered no help in the matter.

DO NOT RENT HERE! PERIOD. YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS and the likelihood of the staff helping you is slim. Don't risk it. The complex is trashy, most of the people are shady and your safety is minimul.
