Jesus Christ, Run for the hills (and he would!)

I've been living here since 2006. The day I moved in, someone broke in and stole my PS3... the apartment charges gas/water on top of the rent which isn't too bad except that it's never been under 40 for water and gas is 22 (even though everything is electric, A/C included.) 24 for trash and then to top it all off they charge you 3 dollars as a FEE FOR THE FRICKIN BILL. Talk about nickel and diming you to death. my rent was originally 712, the bill I get is 780-790 I was only late once and the late fee was 25 dollars a day... lol wtf.

Parking at night is a disaster I usually have to park 4-5 buildings away (too many people with more than 2 cars per apt) There is NO security, they have Arlington PD patrolling (and they harass people leaving the street pulling over at least 20-30 people a day for retarded menial things. I've seen a swat team here once, though I've no idea what it was for and they had like 20 cop cars on the main road.

There A/C is terribly inefficient, we are averaging 450 elec bills because of poor insulation and old A/C units. Maintenance takes 4-8 days to respond to anything, and they jerry rig everything rather than fixing it right, we have a broken door frame in which the door won't close unless it's slammed and if it is there is a 4 inch GAP. Our sliding glass door's lock hasn't worked since we arrived, there are elephants living above us, a drug dealer living next to us, in my building alone I have seen 5 evictions in the last 1.5 years. One lady was robbed walking from her car to her apt not to long ago and more riffraff keeps moving in...

It's not all bad though. The management is nice (though they need new maintenance people) and there are several pools that are pretty well kept. A tennis court that could use a new net, and Walmart withing walking distance. But other than that.... well it boils down to this:

I'm so tired of these so called Hurricane victims and their FEMA check leaching, all of them sitting at home getting drunk, leeching off the government rather than getting jobs. They have infested Dallas since Katrina and need to get the heck OUT. Yea you lost your home... sorry, I feel for you, but STOP ROBBING US, KILLING EACH OTHER AND DESTROYING THE METROPLEX. Either GET a job, become a contributing member of the DFW metroplex or GTFO and go back to your crime infested hole in a swamp in Louisiana. (I'm originally from Louisiana and left because of you free loading lazy effing people, so yea I'm allowed to call it AND you that.) SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
