1- Don't be fooled by the nice clubhouse.
2- Our apartment perpetually smells like an old, dingy hotel room (smokey). And we don't smoke.
3- The smells from our next-door neighbors (specifically, ghastly cigarette smoke) comes in through our kitchen cabinetry. (It's worse than you're imagining).
4- The cabinetry is terrible. It is old, rotting wood and it smells. I feel like washing my hands every time I open a drawer.
5- You can hear a lot of what is going on upstairs. Yesterday, for instance, they were watching an episode of "Friends."
6- To get to the laundry room from our apartment we either have to circumnavigate an entire building or else risk our lives walking along a trecherous, 4' high grassy ledge with big hollow dips.
7- We have only been here 4 months, and the water system has already been turned off four different times. They leave you a considerate little note that says "your water will be turned off tomorrow. Fill your tubs and water pitchers."
8- Our faucets (specifically bathroom tub and sink)aren't that great. One is drippy even though they just fixed it, and the other doesn't let you turn on the hot water. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
