It was a total nightmare living at the Parks at Treepoint. I was forced to move out early due to the awful living conditions. An infestation of ants entered our home from between the walls and made their way to our bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room. It took over a month of complaining to get them to do anything about this. My 2 yr old son was afraid to play in his room because he was afraid of getting bit by these creatures. The exterminator found out that there was a serious leak from the hot and cold water valves located in the wall of our bedroom. This is what had been attracting the ants. It was like being in a horror movie when I saw thousands of ants just swarming 2 feet from were my son had been sleeping. This was the most awful feeling. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Some of the other disadvantages of living at the parks at treepoint is the lack of maintenance. When we first moved in we made several complaints about the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen. The wood was warped and molded and the drawers never shut. Our refrigerator had one rack and was a Hot Point brand from back in the 80s..These problems were never resolved. Well I think you get the point. I better stop before I have an anxiety attack!!
