I lived there for a year and a half. I never had any problems with the actaul property. I lived in phase 1 and it was very "naturey." Lots of neat trees, shady spots, duck pond, landscaping, and NOT a lot of parking lot. That was my favorite part about these apartments.

HOWEVER, the maintence is HORRIBLE. My water would get shut off for no reason and it would take HOURS for the people to come and fix it. I sent in so many work orders for certain things, that were always lost. My dishwasher broke, they were supposed to send a plumber out to fix it, weeks went by and no one ever came to fix it. I had to complain several times to get things fixed. They would half way fix something and it would re-break a week later. Very lousy with caring about their customers.

Also when I moved out, they charged me so much money instead of taking it out of my deposits. I paid a pet deposit along with the regular deposit, and THEY LOST THE PET DEPOSIT FILE, so I got screwed out of $400.
