bad maintenance

maintenance is a nightmare. they never respond to calls until a week or so later. i had a leak above my shower and it took virtually WEEKS only until the roof collapsed was when they finally brought their attention to it.

they have also been waiting on new vents since FEBRUARY. february' wow. they must be specially made.

either way the office staff is competant although the maintenance just reeks.
