The Parks arn't horrid, but they arn't great by any means. Mediocre would be a good way to describe it. I've lived in two apartments there in two phases (had to transfer mid lease). The staff is in general helpful but don't really seem to know what is going on. Some can be rude and will get indignant if they don't understand what you need. Parking was almost impossible at my first apt in phase 3 but is fine in phase 1. the maintence is usually pretty timly but does useless work.
Niether of my apartments were clean when i moved, they lied to me about when i could sign my lease for the first apt, they didn't return any of my deposits. When i moved into the first apt the shower didnt work in either bathroom, and one of the toilets would not flush. The carpet is peeling up in corners and doorways.
If you are in college or just hard up on cash it's a decent place, never had any safety problems and i own a nice car.
My first apt had VERY VERY loud neighbours with no problem in the 2nd. Most people are nice. There are a lot of minorities so if that makes you uncomrfortable than dont move here. they also accept a VERY high percentage of section 8 (government aide for poor) so it is going to feel 'ghetto'like sometime.

In general for the same price there are more and honestly nicer places, if you can pay more do so. A friend of mine lives in a complex that she has 200 sqft more than me, a nicer place, better parking/maintence and she pays 200 less a month. Keep looking in my opinion.
