we lived at the park at treepoint for 6 months. within the first 3 weeks my roommates cars were both broken into. we put in work orders to get our dishwasher fixed twice and we didn't end up being able to use it until the last month of our lease. the people above us had kids who would wake up at the buttcrack of dawn every day and play with a ball, which from downstairs sounds like they're bowling. i have to say, we did have some pretty cool neighbors around us, and when we moved in we had a pretty awesome leasing consultant (who has since moved to another property) who gave us a really excellent deal. the apartment wasn't among the most beautiful to look at, but it was bearable. if you're thinking about moving in i would strongly recommend getting a really good alarm system installed in your vehicle(s).
