I have lived here since August and my experience so far has been fine! I'm a single mother with a 3-year-old daughter. I can say that I feel safe there, there's not a noise problem, and I've never noticed any "gangsters" anywhere around there. The staff is very helpful and willing to work with you. If you are considering these apartments, I would go with them! The property is well kept, and it's a nice atmospere! Honestly, true, maintenance is a little slow and they could improve there, but my overall experience here is great. They usually have great specials too!! My lease ends in August and I will be renewing. People, lighten up!!

You are crazy as I don't know what to stay their. I was a single parent at the time I lived thier and that is no place to feel safe at. You must be one of two things. Number one you must work their and wrighting a good review or number two you came from nothing and were you lived before was worse then this place. But if you knew anything this apartment has gone down hill.

You must go to City Of Arlington Police crime report on the web. There is close to 300 criminal incidents that has happened in the last 12 months. That means on average a crime is commited every other day! Some of which are more than just vehicle break ins.
