This was the worst apartment that I had ever lived in. The floorplan was great, but the maintence sucks. I ran out of hot water one day,when they finally came to put in a new hot water heater I had to wait 24 hours before I would have hot water. When the 24 hours was up I still did not have hot water. And when it comes to the air condition it took them about two weeks to fix the problem(and may I remind you guys it was in the summer time) and then on top of that they broke my son roller coaster.I did not have a sliding screen so when they came to put it in they just lefted it leaning on the door as you can see maintence is lazy. Management was rude, when I would call on a problem with their BS apartment they had the nerve to have an attitude. Amy told me that maintence had been there that was BS because nothing was fixed and they did not leave a work documentation say they had came to fix the problem. And lets not talk about the pools, they were always dirty and one time their was glass in the bottom of one of them. As for safety the apartment has too many trees and shrubs but not well lite. This would be a perfect place for someone to get killed,robbed, and what ever else a person can think about doing and would be able to get away with it. So this place I would not recommend for living especially if ur a single mom. When it rained it flooded and water would stand for days I felt someone should have got out their to clean up the water it was just a pain having to walk through muddy water or go around it and had to walk through the muddy lawn. Living here was horrible and they should have paid us to stay in them.
