Great to Terrible!

When we first moved in the townhome was wonderful! The management changed and now we are living in what can only be described as the ghetto. The buildings need paint and new wood. The fences are starting to collapse. Only the front units get any attention. Rent has risen fifty dollars each year. We started out at 700 dollars and we are now paying 850 a month. Our bathroom wall is falling down. Plumbing is a mess! The walls are thin and we can hear everything that goes on next door. BEWARE!
