I too have problems with the lease of this place. A lease is supposed to protect both the renter and the owner, but not here. The lease has no re-let option, if you want to leave before your lease is up, you have to pay for it until the lease date is up... That means if you have 3 months to go, you have to pay for those 3 months and pay back everything the move-in special took off so you could afford to live here!!! This lease if extremely EVIL.... EVIL... E V I L!!!!!!

Not only the lease, but the management is terrible. They will be sweet as honey to your face and talk about you behind your back. They will tell you one thing and never do it. When you ask about it, they just ignore you. Don't trust them.

They painted the place a year ago and it looks okay, the front looks better than the back. The pool was closed most of the summer because people would not respect others and thru things in causing it to be dirty!

People sit out infront of their apartments and drink, play loud music and smoke. The police department is out atleast 2 times a week. Drugs are very previalent here.

If you are smart, you will avoid this place. This place is not what you think it is.... it is a hell hole disgised as the getto!
