Beware of this maintenance crew. They are so nice to your face, but hurt you more than help you. I have a hard time getting work orders taken care of. It never use to be a problem, but Parkside has changed management a couple times and no one cares about the residents anymore. The Lead maintenance (Tim Guinn) constantly flurts with all the single residents and continues to make advances even though were not interested. He dated one of our last residents and moved her to Plano, where he stole all her money and left her stranded. My family and I finally got away from there and are happy and safe now. We were all so upset when Parkside took him back after he destroyed his apartment when he left. This place is awful and don't care about the safety or well being of their residents. For your own safety and to protect all your daughters, DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER! Goodluck and please find a better home for your family.

Parkside townhomes are awfull the management is very rude to ------- American people.On 04/30/2007 an incident ocurred my sister and I were sitting in the pool area and one of the women managers came out and said'"can't you read the Damn pool signs says closed" so I told her that's all you had to say,And her reply was well maybe you don't wont to live here anymore.Another incident the same day ocurred when she pulled a little ------- American kid by his arm all the way to his house then she came back and asked the caucasion kids does the little ------- American kid steal.I think they are prejudice,rude ,and very unprofessional and I wouldn't advise any Afircan American people to move over there.
