Please, Please, Please, if you are reading this take heed to my words of caution, DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management team is awful. They DO NOT have the tenants best interest at heart. I had to call Bellview, Washington to recieve the apartment manager supervisor name and number because she refused to do so. For the person that wrote about paying rent on time and being an upstanding resident I say this... I was treated like slum when I am a very good tenant that pays rent either early or on time EVERY MONTH. I have never caused any trouble and I have been treated horribly. An eviction notice was placed on my door so everyone could read it that waled by and I HAD PAID MY RENT!! The manager was on defense as soon as I walked into the office, she was totally rude! My husbands car has been broken into, so has the neigbor's car next door. The office does not care at all. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not make the same mistake we did, find a better place to call home.

That management team has been let go and someone from the corporate office is now managing and living on site. Anywhere in the city there will be break-ins and thefts. However, neighborhood crimewatch programs are now in place and we have a very quiet, clean, great community.
