Please listen and understand when I tell you not to move there. I actually read all of those comments before I moved there thinking people might have been just writing things because they were evicted or just angry with the staff.. Well I guess I am the idiot. When I read other peoples stories I called the town home to talk to the Leasing Agents there. They told me that everything I read was false and I had nothing to worry about,, needless to say they lied about everything I mean everything. I could not go there to see the apartment myself because I lived in another state so I had to trust what she was saying to me. I wish I would have not listened to that stupid girl (leasing agent). The stories I read said they have a serious roach and termite infestations boy was that an understatement. When the lights go out at night,, the residents (in your apartment) come out I have never seen so many roaches in one place. You can't sleep because they are crawling all over you and your children. My husband and I had to take shifts in sleeping because my kids were so afraid that they would crawl in there ears while they slept. Trash was everywhere out side and when you walk pass the smell can be unbearable. Those dam* lizards were ridiculous and the pool was worse. People outside all times through the night even with their little curfew. This place pissed me off so bad I could not wait to get the hel* out of there. Please understand, these people are real sales people do not listen to them they will tell you anything just to get you in there, they hooked me. If I was able to see this place before I moved to Texas I would have never ever lived there. They have had so many violations and still have yet to get them taken care of. They know that they have many dissatisfied renters (they read these comments you can see that they leave comments them selves which are more disgusting lies. Don't move there please I am begging you don't do it!!!!!!!!!!
