I am very pleased with Parkside Townhomes. My family and I moved from a home that we could not afford, and we had looked around and made Parkside our place to call home. I live in a 2 bedroom townhome, and I am on a waiting list for a 3 bedroom. The office is very quick to respond to maintenance request. The staff also calls back to confirm that the work was complete, which shows they care. There has not been alot of change in staff only maintenance, since I have lived here. The manager is great and does her job, and she is honest and courteous, and even after hours she is still doing her job which shows she cares. There are some kids that come from other complexe's that has caused problem's but the on-site police officer handles them. I just signed another lease for a year, due to the service that has been offered. My appliances and cabinets are outdated, but the manager has offered to upgrade my townhome at additional cost. The staff also host resident event's which one was a job fair, and they had employer's come out and my husband had a recent job loss, but the job fair helped him retain employment in another field. The exterior needs painting really bad,but all in all I love my home g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Actually I just read the last review, and that review was long ago, so no retaliation. And your answer again is no I could not work there, due to I like going to school full time, while my husband works.
