I'VE LIVED HERE FOR 6 YEARS. ITS NOT NECESSARILY THE MGMNT. IT'S THE OWNERS OF THE COMPLEX. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH HELP OR FUNDS FOR THE MGMNT& MAINT.
THE COMPLEX WAS BUILT IN THE 70'S . A LOT OF WORK WAS NEEDED. THEY DID THAT OUTSIDE THOUGH. THE INSIDES NEED LOTS OF UPGRADES.DOORS ARE MISSING, DIRTY OLD CARPET. CRACKED WALLS.
DURING MY DURATION I SAW 4 MANAGERS. THAT'S WHAT THE PROB. IS. OWNERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE THEY CHARGE EXSTENVIVELY AND DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE INSIDE. THERE IS STILL A BUG PROBLEM TIL THIS DAY. YES,WHEN I MOVE I MAY GET SCREWED OUT OF MY DEPOSIT AS WELL.
