i have lived a lot of places, but have NEVER dealt with a staff (esp the manager) as rude and inconsiderate as this place.
i can still think of this place and get angry!!! at one point we had an air conditioning that sounded like a lawn mower when it ran...it was never properly fixed, nor did mangagement care that no one could sleep with it making that terribly loud noise. this went on for months
...that is just one instance, there were many other that i am sure i have just tried my best to forget.

this is what kills me--in 2000 we moved out of our 3 bedroom...we cleaned it meticulously--we were really confident that we would get our $500+ deposit back (we have ALWAYS gotten our deposits back in the past)
NOT SO!
we were hit with almost a thousand dollars in cleaning/damage fees , like paying to completely replace the carpet (even after we had it professionally steam cleaned it to looking almost new) so these charges not only took away our deposit but and then had us owing "them" almost $500 bucks!!! we still can't believe what a scam this is!!
we were then hounded by phone calls from a third party (i guess they must do this to people a LOT!) until finally we were we were made a deal--we would get 20% off if we paid by a certain date

--STAY OUT OF ALL UNITED DOMINION PROPERTIES UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY SOME SERIOUS PENALTIES AFTER YOU MOVE OUT!!!

definitely the worst place i have EVER lived...
