Most of the staff when we move there is pretty nice, but new manager sucks she is a fat, uncaring, lazy 12#%%^. Doesn't even attempt to act like she is trying to be nice. They will not cut you deals no matter how long you have been there. They will not fix a maintenance order until you go up there 5-6 times. Maintenance guys are very nice just takes them 3 months to get out there, understaffing or laziness I dont know. Vesean and Cathy make the place a very nice place to live but most of the others really suck. They talk to you very fake like you are a child and dont understand every condescending word that they utter. The build quality of the places is pretty horrid. The place can look better after you leave but you are not getting the deposit back and they will up your rent everytime you lease. After 2 years we have given up. They are extremely overpriced for what you get. All you are paying for is the location. It might be worth the drive to just go somewhere else.
