We lived there for one year. Our first apartment was attacked by termites, which the mgt denied. We then moved to a different apartment and were broken into. The manager did not seem to care. She did offer to have our locks changed, for a fee, charged to us! We also witnessed fights, dealt with loud neighbors (parties at 3:00am), constant broken beer bottles and trash on the grounds. Oh yeah, our neighbors liked to piss off of their balcony.
A break in was attempted a second time. When we approached the management, she (evil woman) did not seem to care. After much arguing, she agreed to "let" us move to another sister community, as long as we renewed our lease (1 year) and paid an application fee and a new deposit.
We waited it out until our lease was up and got the Hell out of there. Our deposit was non refundable for some bull$#%^ reason.
The two only good things about this complex is Kathy and Vesean. They were very understanding and always friendly. But that manager......

Don't move in unless you like other people to screw you.
