DON'T LIVE HERE!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I will tell everyone I know NOT to live here. I purchased a house at the end of my lease and gave my 30 day move-out notice, come to find out that they require 60 days notice, which is very unusual. I explained that I was purchasing a home and would close in 5 days. They did not care, nor cut me any slack. Mind you I lived there for 16 months and was never late with my rent. VaSean (sweet on the outside, bi_ch on the inside)said she didn't care and she said she would refuse to release my renters history (my rent was paid in full for the month when she threatened this, which I believe is illegal). I went ahead with my plans to move and cleaned my apartment from top to bottom until it was spotless so as not to cause any further problems. Two weeks after my lease ended and I was already in my new home, I received a bill for $3044.00 for moving out early because I did not give a 60 day notice. It will be a cold day in hell before I pay any of this bill. My lease was through Dec. 7th and I paid through Dec. 7th! I will take them to Civil Court and take all of these posts with me to prove they are out to screw people!
