me and my roommate have lived here for 5 months so far, and have yet to experience any problems. i have the nicest neighbors i've ever lived next to, and the office staff was exceptionally nice to us, plus they gave us an enormous discount on our rent. of course, i live in the cul-de-sac that is seperate from the rest of the apartments, so i don't really know how it is over there. but hey, if u get offerred the cul-de-sac, go there, it's great!
