I have lived here for over two years and I hate it. I can't wait to move out of this crap hole. It is very over-priced. I have had my car and my roommates car broken into. When I told the office, they acted as if there were never break-ins here, like they were shocked to hear about it. They were no help at all. She told us that it was our fault and that someone was probably watching us, though she offered no security to us. If you are thinking about living here, check the crime statistics for this complex on the City of Arlington website, I guarantee you will change your mind. The office staff is stupid and try to screw you out of every cent that you have and though they say you can sign a 7 month lease, they make you sign one for over a year. After I signed my lease, the office called me back to tell me that I couldn't move out on the date they had selected. The office staff is uneducated. The apartments are old and cheaply put together. I don't even think that we have insulation in our apartment, our electric bill is outrageous. I feel very unsafe here being a colleged age female. There have been numerous occasions that I received eviction notices stating that I hadn't paid my water bill, though I did. When I went to the office they told me to just disreguard the notice, when I had in fact paid the bill to the office days previous. The people in the office have no idea what they are doing. They would be better off working at Wal-Mart. I have heard they get you good when you move out, so don't expect on receiving any of your deposit back. In fact, expect on paying money after you move out, if you ever do get out of this blackhole. DON'T EVER LIVE HERE!!!!!!!
