Worst place I've ever lived!!!

I lived here for a year and a half and I would NEVER reccommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I reported a homeless person living in the shrubs outside my patio, and no one did anything about it until I reported it again 3 weeks later and they finally called the police. I too had issues on 3 separate occassions with them saying that I did not pay my water bill. I always paid it as soon as I received it. I had to get online, pull the copy of my cancelled check and fax it to Laurie. The staff is sweet before you sign the lease, but watch out if you ever try to move out. They will try to screw you in every way possible. I followed all their "rules" and still got screwed. THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS!!!
