I have lived at the Pavilion for six months. The service is fantastic. They get work orders done in less than a day! I can walk my dog without worrying too. The staff is fun and make me laugh when I am down. The rates here are really better than anyone else and they don't nickel and dime you. I am writing because my friends saw this site and it makes no sense because of complains. It must be people who would not live by rules and pay rent on time. They are strict here and that is fine with me.
