My husband and I lived there for a year - not the best place we ever lived, but not horrible either. There were lots of mix ups about water bills and eviction notices that were undeserved. The office staff seems to never know what is going on. But... when you go to move out, they get ya good! We have been charged for having a pet we did not have and accused of threatening them, etc. etc. They reported us to a collections agency and refused to accept a certified letter disputing their claim. We are currently trying to clear it all up, but they are charging over $400 in fees that are all invalid. My advice is: Don't move in! They'll get you when you move out! There are a lot of better places in Arlington to live.
